Nothing fancy - just the fields US clients actually expect. Sales tax, routing number, proper date format.

Built for the US Market.

Most invoice templates are designed for EU/UK by default and include confusing VAT fields. I stripped all that out and added what US businesses actually need: Sales Tax support, routing numbers, and proper date formatting.

US Freelancers

Look Like an Established Business.

Corporate clients in the US care about vendor paperwork way more than you'd expect. Having a proper invoice with your EIN, clean address formatting, and professional layout makes their AP department happy - which means you get paid faster.

Payments

Skip the Check. Set Up ACH.

Waiting for checks is painful. That's why I added bank detail fields by default - put your Routing and Account number right on the invoice so clients can pay you directly via ACH. Most businesses prefer this anyway.

Common Questions

Do I need to charge Sales Tax?

It depends on your state (nexus) and what you are selling. Services are often exempt, but physical goods are usually taxable. Always check with a local CPA.

Can I assume Net 30?

Net 30 is the industry standard in the US, but we recommend explicitly stating it in the Notes section to avoid ambiguity.
